Our dip mixes are so versatile. Each one can be used to create a variety of foods besides a dip. Our Sun-Blessed Tomato Herb Dip Mix, for example, can be used to make delicious pizzas. When cut into small wedges, these Herb Veggie Pizzas make perfect holiday appetizers.

HERB VEGGIE PIZZAS
2 prepared pizza crusts (or use a package of Flatout flatbread)
2 Tbsp. Sun-Blessed Tomato Herb Dip Mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. assorted chopped vegetables (any combination such as alfalfa sprouts, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, green or red onions, peppers, tomatoes, zucchini), stir-fried until tender but still crisp
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Mix Three Angels Sun-Blessed Tomato Herb Dip Mix with softened cream cheese and put in the refrigerator for at least an hour to let the flavors blend. After an hour, remove cream cheese mixture from the refrigerator and let it soften enough to spread. Spread mixture evenly over the top of pizza crusts.
Arrange chopped, cooked vegetables in an attractive manner over cream cheese herb spread, top with grated Parmesan cheese. Place pizzas in a 350 oven for about 10 minutes. Cut pizzas into wedges and place on a tray. Serve immediately.
